Paul has more than 35 years of business experience including 20 years in Financial Services and 15+ years’ in the management consulting, media and leisure sectors, holding positions at Managing Director, COO and Partner levels.
Most recently, Paul spent three years as a Partner in The Bridgehammer Partnership, a management consultancy specialising in improving business performance using process centric change management methods. Paul was responsible for business development, client relationship management and service delivery. Clients included FTSE 100 global organisations as well as private equity backed SME’s across multiple business sectors.
Paul is married with two teenage children and enjoys participating in numerous sports, including long distance running, completing the Brighton Marathon in 2017.
Paul is a qualified accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
